Who we are

Camp Retreats Colorado ("we", "us") hosts private healing retreats in Colorado. This policy covers our website at campretreatscolorado.com and the ways we contact you. Questions can go to [email protected].

What we collect

• What you tell us: your name, email, phone number, which retreat interests you, how you prefer to be contacted, and whether you agree to receive texts or emails from us.
• A record of your choices: when you agree to texts or emails, we keep the wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the internet address and browser you used, so we can show what you agreed to.
• Payments: when you reserve, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your card or bank details. We never see or store your full card or bank account number. We receive the amount, date and status of your payment.
• Basic site data: our hosting and security providers record standard technical information, such as internet address and browser type, to keep the site running and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

• To answer your inquiry and help you decide whether a retreat is right for you.
• To take and confirm your reservation, collect payments and prepare for your stay.
• To send texts or emails about retreats, only if you said yes to them.
• To keep our records accurate and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you check the box to receive texts, we may text you, including on WhatsApp, about your inquiry, your reservation and upcoming retreats. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts and HELP for help, or email us. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing. We share them only with the service providers that deliver our messages for us.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the site and our retreats, and only what they need to do that work:

• Railway (website hosting and database)
• Cloudflare (website security and delivery)
• Resend (sending email)
• Stripe (payments)
• Google (our email inbox)

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and reservation records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any update email, or email us, to stop emails.
• Email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

Children

Our retreats and this website are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Important changes will be posted on this page.
